Kyle Martin of Preferred Comfort Heating and Cooling responded to my home when I called him within an hour late on a Friday afternoon. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I HAVE to for Preferred Comfort Heating & Cooling!

If you’re looking for a trustworthy, local HVAC company, look no further. Kyle and his team are absolutely amazing to work with. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly responsive. They showed up on time, took the time to explain everything, and never made us feel pressured or taken advantage of.

When our system began having issues, they got us back up and running quickly without sacrificing quality or cutting corners. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers the way they do, and their integrity and customer service are second to none.

In today’s world, finding a HVAC company that is both honest and genuinely cares about doing what’s right can be difficult. Preferred Comfort Heating & Cooling exceeded every expectation we had.

I highly recommend Preferred Comfort Heating & Cooling! They installed a new HVAC and furnace system in my home back in June, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

From my first meeting with Kenny to discuss my options, to scheduling the installation around my availability, to the professionalism and hard work of the installation team, every step of the process was seamless. They even followed up with a quality control inspection a month later to ensure everything was working perfectly.

Kenny, Kyle, and their entire team were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. They were quick to return calls and texts, showed up when they said they would, and made sure the job was done right.

10/10 Highly recommend Preferred Comfort! The technician arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and made everything easy to understand. I especially appreciated that they provided photos and videos while explaining the diagnosis, which gave me confidence in the recommended repair. The repair was completed professionally, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Last week sucked.

Remember that storm we had Monday?!

Yup. It took out our a/c unit.

I legit haven’t had the mental energy to even talk about how defeated I felt.

One call yall.

It took one call - okay not even a call, but a Facebook message at 10pm on a weeknight to get Kyle L Martin and his team at Preferred Comfort Heating and Cooling  over to check out the problem.

Not only did he come with MULTIPLE window units on his truck for us to use free of charge while waiting on the new parts, but he was able to utilize our warranty to cover the majority of the parts expenses!

This isn’t my first time singing praises to these guys and I’m sure it won’t be my last. Seriously- call him if you are having HVAC problems. He is so honest, dependable and reliable! What more could you ask for?!
